Take a direct train out of Vienna to Bruck an der Mur where you will connect to the a famous scenic train route known as the Semmering Line. This journey from Wiener Neustadt to Bruck an der Mur is truly an exceptional train ride that harmoniously follows the best of the  Austrian landscape. You will cross over 100 arched stone bridges, plunge through the near-1,500 metre Vertex Tunnel, and navigate some 16 viaducts, many of which are two-storey.
